- • All Joryko products are imported from Romania, so delivery may sometimes be delayed due to customs (Important notice).
- • Shipping usually takes 5 to 7 days, but may extend up to 15 days in some cases.
- • No exchange or return is allowed after the product is received.
- • Products can only be returned during inspection, in the presence of the shipping company’s representative.
- • Customers must check and try on their product thoroughly before confirming receipt.
- • Only customers who have paid in advance are eligible for exchange or return, and they must notify us within 24 hours of receiving their order.
- • Shipping fees are mandatory in all cases, as they go directly to the shipping company.
